I would like to know that too. If you look around we had a board on here about this very topic. Someone narrowed their so-called "territory" to the area around 6th Avenue near the Highway 16 interchange.

Why do black gangs always have the dumbest names ever?

Really? Becuase im sure the name Play Boy sURENOS just strikes immediate fear into the hearts of your rivals no doubt. I mean that just sounds badass. The VLs have been around since the late 50s, how long has PBs been around?

Its been about 8 years for this question but I can answer it. The Vice Lords and 4 Corner Hustlers are part of a bigger alliance called the Peoples Nation based out of Chicago. They have a set out in Tacoma that is small but visible off 6th avenue between Proctor and Stevens, headquartered at Jefferson Park. They stretch out west a little farther but they stay on the North side of 6th and never venture towards Central Tacoma or Hilltop which is completely ran by the much larger and powerful Hilltop Crips. The Hilltop Crips is the main gang but break off into sets that control certain streets -23rd Street Murder Blocc -17th & "M" Street Young Boxer Crips -16th Street Clicc Clacc DSD1 -15th Street Mobbin Deep Crips -12th Street Trafton Blocc Crips -9th Street Rip Ryda Loc Mafia -8 Blocc
