Hilltop ain't active like it was B-tween like '87- '96. Eastside is way more lok'd out these days! Don't forget Bloods was on the Hill around the same time as the crips but after the movie Colors came out everyone over there wanted to be blued-up. There are still OG HTB's from the early days near 8th and cushman, a few samoan Pirus out there too. The reason i say Hilltop ain't that active anymore is because since like the early 90's the cops installed those cameras that could spot fools shootin' dice 2 miles down the road! Also i'm up there all the time with the family always flamed up and never once been called out! Also, city of Tac has been gentrifying the downtown area while slowly working it's way up the hill. Most fools get bumped to either lakewood or eastside. HTc ain' really bangin' with ESP 44th because now we got taco gangstas claimin' prison gang stuff and stupid chi-town wanna be gangs all in between the hill and eastside. Either c or B, choose up, but keep this westcoast!!!!!!!!!!! |
